Pamela, always good catching up with you. Today was really useful. Walking through how the documents are structured across the two schools you showed me gave me exactly what I needed to make sure the portal handles real documents the right way, not just test data.
And I could tell you liked what you saw. "I do. It's pretty cool, right?" You said it. That's the goal.
Here's where we are and what comes next.

WHERE WE ARE

The prototype is working. You saw the dashboard, the binder tabs per school, the bank reconciliation section, and the school upload interface. It's all there and it's starting to feel like a real tool, not just a build in progress.
You've already shared the scanned documents folder with me, so I have what I need to keep moving. The document structure you walked me through was incredibly helpful. Knowing that some schools can have up to six accounts, and the way the files are named and organized, that changes how I wire up the system and I want to get it right before you're back.
The calendar day-count issue and the holiday logic are on the list. Not the top priority right now. The focus is getting the financial document side fully wired with your real files.

PAYMENT
|
The second payment of $5,000 is due by end of April. I'll be sending over a payment link shortly so you can pay by ACH or credit card, whichever is easiest for you.
The final balance comes due when we launch into production at the end of May. We'll get there.

Go enjoy your vacation. I'll be heads down on this while you're out, and by the time you're back I want to have something ready for you to actually start working with. That's the plan.
