The bundle file downloaded aios-bundle-<date>.tar.gz
Open Terminal: ⌘ + Space, type "Terminal", Enter
Unpack the bundle (use your file's actual date):
Stage it into your new AIOS folder:

In Terminal: cd ~/my-aios then claude .
Copy ALL of INSTALL-PROMPT.md → paste into Claude chat
Claude verifies the bundle (checksums) → type go
From here Claude runs every command and explains each step. Press Enter before each module; answer in plain English.

Sitting 1 — Modules 1–4 (foundation, context, data, backup · ≈2h)
